2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or make a booking request through Flyeasyy. If you book on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their personal information and to accept these Terms and the applicable fare rules on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including traveler names exactly as they appear on the travel document to be used, contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flyeasyy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Our role in your booking

Flyeasyy provides flight search, booking-assistance technology, and travel support. Unless a specific checkout screen expressly identifies a different role for a specific item, Flyeasyy acts as an intermediary between you and the airline, GDS partner, or other named supplier that ultimately provides the transportation or service. The operating airline remains responsible for the transportation itself, including its own fare rules, schedule, baggage policy, and in-flight service.

Where a checkout screen offers a live provider option (for example, an external airline or travel-agency booking link returned by our flight-search partner), completing that booking directly with the named provider creates a separate contract between you and that provider, governed by its own terms, not these Terms.

Where you instead submit a booking request through Flyeasyy's own checkout, Flyeasyy reviews the request, confirms the fare and any service fees, and works to secure the booking with the relevant supplier. A booking is not guaranteed merely because a search result or a payment screen was displayed; it is confirmed only once Flyeasyy provides a supplier-confirmed order reference.

4. Searching, fares, and repricing

Search results, including any fare shown on the results page or in a deal card, are indicative. Airline inventory and pricing change continuously and are not held or guaranteed by a search. Every fare is rechecked ("repriced") before you are asked to authorize payment, and the repriced fare governs the transaction even if it differs from an earlier search result.

Illustrative or example prices, such as those shown on the Deals page, are not live quotes and are clearly labeled as examples; use the search tool to confirm a live fare for your dates and passenger count before relying on any displayed number.

5. Booking process and confirmation

1. You search for flights and select a result. Passenger count entered at search determines how many traveler records must be completed at checkout.
2. You provide traveler details, including the identity and travel-document information required for ticketing, and select any flexibility, extras, or seat preferences offered.
3. You review the summary and submit payment or booking-request details. Submitting this step is a request to book, not a completed booking.
4. Flyeasyy confirms the fare and any service fees with the supplier and provides a support case reference and, once available, a supplier-confirmed order reference.
5. A booking is complete only when Flyeasyy or the supplier confirms it in writing with an order or ticket reference. Do not assume travel is booked based on a payment screen alone.

6. Prices, currency, and service fees

All prices shown at checkout, including base fare, taxes, and any Flyeasyy service fee, are disclosed before you authorize payment. Flyeasyy may apply an admin-configured markup and, separately, an admin-configured discount to a supplier fare; the final payable total shown at checkout is the amount that applies, regardless of the individual components used to calculate it. Fares may be displayed in your local currency for reference, but checkout, refunds, and charges are completed in USD unless the checkout screen states otherwise.

Service fees for optional assistance (see Section 8) are shown as a specific amount before you authorize the related request, and are non-refundable once the assistance work has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Flyeasyy does not add an undisclosed charge after you authorize payment.

7. Payment

Card and other payment details are captured through Razorpay's secure checkout. Flyeasyy does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials; we receive a transaction status and reference only. Never send your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, one-time password, or banking password in a support message or any other channel; Flyeasyy never asks for these.

Where a checkout step describes your submission as a "booking request" rather than an immediate charge, no funds are captured for the underlying fare until Flyeasyy confirms the booking with you separately; any card details collected for that step are used only to prepare the request and are not treated as an authorization to charge until that separate confirmation.

8. Optional travel-assistance services

Flyeasyy offers optional paid assistance services, such as travel insurance assistance, visa-application guidance, airport transfers, hotel and holiday-package assistance, extra baggage requests, seat and meal preference requests, web check-in assistance, priority support, fare-lock requests, and cancellation-protection assistance. Unless the specific service description says otherwise, Flyeasyy provides request-assistance only: Flyeasyy charges a service fee to submit and follow up on the request, but the named supplier or provider decides availability, eligibility, and the outcome. No outcome is guaranteed.

Each add-on's checkout screen discloses the supplier or provider (where applicable), the service fee, whether that fee is refundable, and a link to the provider's own terms where one applies. Cancelling a flight does not automatically cancel or refund a separately purchased add-on service.

9. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable airline or supplier fare rule, applicable law, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Submitting a change or cancellation request does not, by itself, change, cancel, or refund a booking; a request is completed only once Flyeasyy or the supplier confirms it.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is a duplicate, unrecognized, or for a booking or service that was not delivered, contact Flyeasyy before filing a chargeback with your card issuer; see our Chargeback Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, for the full process. A chargeback filed for a service that was delivered as described and accepted under these Terms may be contested with evidence, including your acceptance of these Terms and the applicable fare and fee disclosures.

11. Travel documents and passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler on a booking holds a valid passport, visa, and any other document required for the itinerary, and that the name on each travel document matches the name used at booking exactly. Flyeasyy and its suppliers are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed connections, or other consequences of incomplete, invalid, or mismatched travel documents, expired passports, or unmet visa, health, or entry requirements. Confirm document, visa, and any applicable health-entry requirements for your specific itinerary and nationality with the relevant government authority or the operating airline before you travel.

12. Schedule changes, delays, and airline decisions

The operating airline controls flight schedules, equipment, seating, boarding, baggage handling, and in-flight service, and may change or cancel a flight, or make a significant schedule change, for operational, safety, weather, or regulatory reasons. Flyeasyy communicates the options the airline or supplier makes available and assists with the option you choose, but does not control the airline's decision or timeline. Passenger-protection rights that apply to airline-caused disruptions come from applicable law and the airline's own conditions of carriage, not from these Terms.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false, fraudulent, or stolen payment or identity information; (b) use the website to scrape, resell, or systematically extract fares or content outside a normal search session; (c) interfere with or attempt to bypass the website's security, rate limits, or access controls; (d) use the website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion; or (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Flyeasyy may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section.

14. Intellectual property

The flyeasyy.com website, its design, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Flyeasy LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial trip planning and booking only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the website except as necessary to use it as intended.

15. Third-party services and links

The website integrates or links to third-party services, including Razorpay for payment processing, GDS and flight-search data partners, and promotional widgets for partner offers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which Flyeasyy does not control. A link to or integration with a third-party service is not an endorsement of that service, and Flyeasyy is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

16. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYEASYY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLYEASYY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SEARCH RESULTS, FARES, OR AVAILABILITY WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AIRLINE, SUPPLIER, OR ADD-ON PROVIDER WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYEASYY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF FLYEASYY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FLYEASYY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A BOOKING OR SERVICE REQUEST IS LIMITED TO THE FLYEASYY SERVICE FEES YOU PAID FOR THAT SPECIFIC BOOKING OR REQUEST, EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PASSED THROUGH TO AN AIRLINE OR OTHER SUPPLIER. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING FOR FRAUD OR FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE THE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH A LIMITATION.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flyeasyy harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or information you submit that is false, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights.

19. Dispute resolution and arbitration

You and Flyeasyy agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Contact us. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days, you and Flyeasyy agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Harris County, Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

Class action waiver. You and Flyeasyy agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the website, and does not apply where applicable law does not permit pre-dispute arbitration agreements for a particular type of claim.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent a mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction applies and cannot be displaced by this choice.

21. Force majeure

Flyeasyy is not liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including airline operational decisions, government action, extreme weather, labor disputes, epidemics, or failures of third-party payment, telecommunications, or data infrastructure.

22. Changes to these Terms

Flyeasyy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and where required by law, communicated to registered users in advance. A booking already confirmed continues to be governed by the fare rules and terms that were in effect when it was booked. Continuing to use the website after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

23. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Flyeasyy regarding your use of the website, and supersede prior versions. Flyeasyy's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms; Flyeasyy may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its assets, with notice to you where required by law.
